Poster Size, Location and Scheduling Information:
The maximum size allocated for each poster is 4' x 4'. Be sure to use a
type size and font that will be easily readable. Poster pins will be
provided. All posters will be located in the exhibit areas of the Town &
Country Convention Center. All posters will be displayed for all four
days. No other major activities will be scheduled during the Sunday
afternoon and Monday evening poster sessions. The Monday evening poster
session includes free and subsidized beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks.
Poster attendance will be as follows:
- All odd-number* abstracts - Sunday, 2:00 - 4:00 pm & Monday, 9:00 - 10:00 pm
- All even-number* abstracts - Sunday, 4:00 - 6:00 pm & Monday, 8:00 - 9:00 pm
*IMPORTANT: Even/Odd pertains to the
Abstract Numbers displayed on the web pages on this site, NOT the
tracking codes assigned to them at the time when they were submitted!
Additional 'open' poster sessions where all presenters are encouraged
to attend are:
- Monday, 12:00 - 2:00 pm & 10:00 - 11:00 pm
- Tuesday, 12:00 - 2:00 pm
