Poster Size, Location and Scheduling Information
The maximum size allocated for each poster is 4' x 4'. Be sure to use a type
size and font that will be easily readable. Poster pins will be provided. All
posters will be located in the exhibit areas of the Adam's Mark Hotel. All posters
will be displayed for all four days. No other major activities will be scheduled
during the Sunday afternoon and Monday evening poster sessions. The Monday evening
poster session includes free and subsidized beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks.
Poster attendance will be as follows:
Odd Numbered Poster Abstracts: Sunday, 1:30 - 3:00 pm & Monday, 9:00 - 10:00 pm
Even Numbered Poster Abstracts: Sunday, 3:30 - 5:00 pm & Monday, 8:00 - 9:00 pm
IMPORTANT: Odd/Even Number refers to the 3 digit abstract number assigned to
the abstract displayed on this site NOT the 4 digit "Tracking Code" assigned when the
abstract was submitted.
